 Each participant and/or attendee hereby understands and agrees that their involvement herein is fully voluntary and that they assume any and all risks associated with such involvement, they hereby waive and release any and all claims against and agree to hold harmless Take Our Border Back Convoy (TOBBC) and any other individuals or entities associated therewith. In addition, each participant and/or attendee hereby agrees to peacefully participate in the Convoy and certify that they have all necessary licenses, insurance, etc. and that they will comply with all traffic regulations in both TX, CA & AZ.
